being on the roster has nothing to do with it.
my understadning is he was not even on the roster for pv so therefore he is elgible to play.

It could be true, but I've read comments on here about PV players transferring out to other schools just before every season for the last 2-3 years.
If in fact he has transferred, I have no doubt he can help the Raiders.

I dont know if hes going to be eligible to play for Burton or not. I talked to Wes Robbins (Phils son) and he told me that Malcom wasn't able to play for PV this year bc of a violation of team rules, so he moved to DB with his moms boyfriend or something like that, but anyway, the coach over there has ties at PV and was wanting to know why such a high profiled athlete transferred during his senior year so he called down to PV and they let the coach know what was going on so Malcom wasn't gon be able to play over at DB either. If this is the case, I dont see why Jimbo is gon let him come in and play? Even oh Phil booted him off the team then DB wouldnt let him play either, but now Burton is gon take him?
"Why so serious?"
Burton takes him and they will solidify the rep that folks have hung on them for years

Central Warriors. Respect the past, embrace the future
Really, all he has to do is have a change of address to a place which would be one Norton draws from. Then fill out the paperwork, be approved by the VHSL..and if Jimbo wants to let him on the team..he's on.
...And if you ain't down with that, I got 2 words for ya....

Exactly he would not be the 1st person to exacute a transfer via move by paper only
I do wonder how this will affect Nortons chemestry if it is true.....That being said he is a good atholet and would be a benifit on the fiel so long as off the fiel issues do not catch up with him
Ain't quite that simple , if someone wants to push it. The family will have to move.
That's true...in order for it to be legit, the would have to live at or lease the physical address on the VHSL form...And, if that turned out to not be the case, they can and usually do end up in forfeits for using an ineligible player. To bypass all of that, many times athletes will come to a school a semester early and pass their classes making them eligible the following year. I know of at least one case where a player's parents rented a house in a community but no one lived there just so their son could transfer to a VA school from a TN school. IMO, regardless of where he playes or doesn't play, PV lost nothing. If he were to play at JIB and run hard vs. PV, that would be the first time I would have remembered seeing him play with intensity since 05.

Haysi had a QB 2 years ago that never moved and drove right by Ervinton every day on his way to Haysi.....Pound got a kid from PV several years ago that was the same situation.
Not saying that there will not be a few hoops to jump throw but if they want to make it happen bad enough it will happen
